1. What is the Pilot Classification?
This classification is specifically geared toward bots that are built/designed to connect to a 'shell' or ship.

2. What is the body structure of a Pilot Classified bot?
~ Pilots have connection apparatuses built into their bodies:
    - Extra 'arms' which extend from their back (i.e. Araman's four 'arms')
    - Cables that extend from back but retract within frame when not in use
~ Pilots also have nodes throughout their frames that allow lines to connect to their bodies in order to fully control the shell or ship.
~ They tend to be very lightly armored, many coming close to being completely unarmored, for ease of movement and comfort while in the cockpit/Pilot compartment on board the shell or ship.
~ Structurally, they are light in design, though this is figurative, as Pilots tend to be extremely tall and thin.

3. Do Pilot Class bots carry weapons?
Depends on the bot's personal choice. They are free to carry weapons if they so choose. Often they will receive an upgrade to their structure in order to have a weapon that will transform from an extremity or even can be hidden in their minimal armor. However, it is reported that a few choose to carry much larger, more cumbersome weapons as well.

4. Are Pilots very diverse or do they have a typical set of personality traits?
Pilots can be very diverse, just as any other bot can be. Their personalities depend on their personal lives and experiences.
In example: Araman is very light-hearted and easy going but can be extremely serious and harsh when he needs to be. However, for the most part, he is a natural born goofball and prankster.

5. Do Pilots transform?
Typically, no. They have a t-cog, as it is natural to their race, but it is inactive. It is possible for them to get it activated and achieve transformation, however this happens rarely. If they choose to do so, they are limited on alternate modes due to their light structure.
~ the alternate mode will have to be slender and light enough to allow the new armor and design to fit within the Pilot's compartment

6. How old are Pilots?
They are extremely old. There are no new Pilots being formed and it would be a surprise and oddity for one to be sparked or created in this day and age.

7. Can Pilots mate/have offspring?
Yes, of course they can. Their offspring tend to take after their mates, however, in appearance.
This is something I should have done a very long time ago ^^;

Araman is a Pilot class bot. This classification is something I created when I created him for "You Wanted Me, Here I Am". They are not 'just pilots' they are literally a part of the ship. Unlike bots like Metroplex and such, he does not transform into a ship, but rather integrates with one. He can change shells just as we may change cars, but interfacing with a new vessel is not an easy task, especially if it is equipped with an AI system.

Pilot class will be a part of Section 51. But I do not mind if people wish to use it for TF characters.

If you have any questions for this little fact sheet, please let me know and I'll answer them ^_^

Hmm...interesting concept...though I can't love it as much as I should because me being stupidly buttmad at Transformers that don't transform...I guess I've always liked the idea of huge robots that turn into the ships themselves, not for all ships though, but I see how that could cause some issues in universe...
